The Aslan cumfy cuff line are soft, supple, and affordable leather restraints. This locking collar is 1.5" wide with a 0.75" wide bridle strap and heavy welded O-ring from nickel-plated steel. Fits 12.5-16" size necks. Hand made in Toronto.

Aslan Leather has a lifetime guarantee. If it becomes defective during “normal” use then they will replace it free of charge. Normal use is based on their discretion. Proof of purchase is required.
